MACHINE LINE WORKING STEP:
1. The conveyor 1 is for feeding the paper roll, it can be connected with band saw cutting machine automatically.
2. Paper label machine without glue is for paging the paper, both one roll paper size and two rolls paper size can use in one paper label machine, no need do adjustment.
3. Conveyor 2 is the chain conveyor with guide bar, the conveyor 2 can feed both one roll and two rolls, the guide bar is removable.
There are two chain line in this conveyor, when packing one roll, press the button to stop one side chain, and remove the guide bar as the above layout position.
When packing two rolls, press the button to start the two chain lines, and refer the layout guide bar position.
4. RG-6525 + RT-6030 machine is the sealing machine for seal the maxi roll.
5. Tunnel is for shrinking.
6. Conveyor 3 is the output conveyor after shrink tunnel.
When packing one roll, it can go to conveyor 4 from conveyor 3, the workers can pick up one roll in conveyor 3 or conveyor 4.
When packing two rolls, workers can pick up the packed rolls from conveyor 3. And the conveyor 4 as well as it’s behind conveyor, machine will stop.
7. Conveyor 4 is for turn the packed one roll to conveyor 5.
8. Conveyor 5 is the pusher group device which separate the roll for feeding. In conveyor 5 will collate six rolls for feeding to another RG-730 + RT-7040 sealing machine.
9. After conveyor 5 is RG-730 + RT-7040 sealing machine for seal pack 3/4/6/8/10 rolls. Or longer group rolls also ok.
10. Conveyor 6 is a transport conveyor.
11. Next is tunnel for shrinking 3/4/6/8/10 rolls, this tunnel is longer and wider.
12. Conveyor 7 is the output conveyor after shrink tunnel, workers can pick up the packed 3/4/6/8/10 roll in here.
